How long will it take to receive my order?
All in stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours from the date of receipt of your order. Regular ground delivery takes 7 to 10 business days. International orders may take 2-4 weeks.
 
What if I do not have a credit card?
You can mail a check or a Money Order drawn in U.S. funds, with a list of item numbers and include the shipping and handling charges to P.O. Box 705 Hood River OR 97031. Make checks payable to Jeff MacKay. Personal checks are verified with your bank for available funds. We cannot accept two-party or counter checks.
 
What is a backorder?
A backorder is an item that is not in stock at the time at which the order is placed. The item is usually shipped to you within 30 days. Backorders are always shipped first, in the order they were received.
 
What is your return policy?
We make every effort to accurately Describe our products in text and visually. You can return anything unused within 14 days for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. After which time , all sales are Final.

What are your shipping methods?

.Shipping is through the U. S. Post Office (parcel post) or Federal Express Ground (Fed Ex).
The preferred way at this time is Federal Express since we are able to track the delivery of your order.
 
What are your shipping charges?
Regular ground shipping costs are based on order total value, package dimensions and weight.  Contact us for expedited shipping options.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, except for weapons. Weapons can only be purchased by those who are at least 21years old and  residents of the USA. For International Orders you will be contacted with the appropriate shipping fees for approval before shipping.
Note: we are unable to ship to Yugoslavia and Hong Kong at this time.
